Stephanie Kulesha graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2007. During Stephanie’s 17+ years as an accredited Registered Massage Therapist, she has assessed and treated a diverse array of clientele, with a special interest in exploring the mind-body connection aspect of her work.

Stephanie loves treating children. Other specialties include Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ), chronic illness/chronic pain, and cancer care - including palliative care. In keeping with her palliative care work, she has also received training as a death doula. She has taken courses in women’s chronic pelvic pain, Reiki and equine massage.

As a Massage Therapist, Stephanie’s goal is to provide an inclusive and safe space in which to address immediate therapeutic needs and improve the overall well-being of her clients.

Stephanie is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. She works hard to support her 2 cats; in her free time she can be found taking horseback riding lessons and teaching herself ASL.

Dr. Natalie McDonald attended McMaster University and received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Religious Studies. She then attended New York Chiropractic College, graduating Cum Laude and was selected as the first female (and Canadian) chiropractic intern at the National Naval Medical Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. She participated in surgical and rehabilitative rounds while treating active duty and retired military personnel. Dr. Natalie also attended the McMaster University Medical Acupuncture course, earning a certificate in acupuncture. Dr. Natalie proudly participated as a member of host medical during the 2015 Toronto PanAm and ParaPanAm games, providing wellness and emergency medical care to athletes.

Practicing in the Milton community since 2004, she enjoys treating newborn infants, expectant mothers and individuals of all ages. She has been trained in multiple techniques and is proud to provide quality, individualized care. Dr. Natalie is certified in chiropractic pediatrics by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and as a mother of two children, recognizes the positive impact that chiropractic care can have on the pediatric population.

Dr. Natalie advocates the importance of a work-life balance and when she isn’t treating her patients or running her children around to their sports activities, she is exercising, playing the piano, cooking up new recipes or planning a travel adventure.
