Michelle graduated from Kikkawa College in 1998 and practiced until she had her third child in 2013. She spent the last 10 years raising her kids while also building a successful online health and wellness business.

2023 has been a transition year for Michelle where she closed her health and wellness business to pursue a coaching practice called MIdlife Mastery where she helps women in their midlife years on their health, fitness, and lifestyle goals. Gail Hamilton has been registered with the College of Massage Therapist since 2000, shortly after graduating from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours. She enjoys working alongside other healthcare providers – chiropractors, naturopathic doctors and acupuncturists. Dr. Natalie McDonald attended McMaster University and received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Religious Studies. She then attended New York Chiropractic College, graduating Cum Laude and was selected as the first female (and Canadian) chiropractic intern at the National Naval Medical Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. She participated in surgical and rehabilitative rounds while treating active duty and retired military personnel. Dr. Natalie also attended the McMaster University Medical Acupuncture course, earning a certificate in acupuncture. Dr. Natalie proudly participated as a member of host medical during the 2015 Toronto PanAm and ParaPanAm games, providing wellness and emergency medical care to athletes.

Practicing in the Milton community since 2004, she enjoys treating newborn infants, expectant mothers and individuals of all ages. She has been trained in multiple techniques and is proud to provide quality, individualized care. Dr. Natalie is certified in chiropractic pediatrics by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and as a mother of two children, recognizes the positive impact that chiropractic care can have on the pediatric population.

Dr. Amy Scherer graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, prior to which she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She gained valuable experience as an intern with the Donwood Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre in Toronto, working with patients to address their addictions and make positive lifestyle changes.

Dr. Scherer uses traditional chiropractic techniques, combined with the latest research and personalized treatment plans, as well as offering exercise prescription, myofascial release therapy, ultrasound, IFC, TENS and custom orthotics. Dr. Speed is thrilled to be bringing her clinical skills to Milton. As an evidence-based practitioner, Dr. Speed provides individualized treatment plans in order to meet the needs of her patients. She offers a variety of techniques including chiropractic manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and education to empower her patients to achieve their goals. She is also certified to provide acupuncture via McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program, which she is very excited to offer to her patients.

Dr. Speed’s passion for health and wellness began during her time at the University of Guelph where she completed her Honours B.Sc. in Nutrition & Nutraceutical Sciences. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Suma Cum Laude. Leila became Registered as a Massage Therapist in 1996. Her interest in natural health led her to pursue a career as an RMT in London, Oakville and Milton. She worked full time for 15 years in a variety clinical settings including Chiropractic, Multidisciplinary clinics & her own independent practice in Milton. Her goal is to address clients concerns through therapy and education so that they can find relief from acute and chronic conditions. After having her first child, Leila decided to pursue a career in education and has worked for the past 15 years as an elementary teacher in Peel Region. Now also working part time as a Registered Massage Therapist, Leila is happy to have the opportunity to continue her practice and to help her clients achieve their desired outcomes.
